rotary washing line flower tub

i didnt want to dig a hole in my garden for the rotary washing line so i brought a tube and filled it uo will cerment then place the pole in side the place alpine plant on top to stop it looking ugly. and it is know portable and not as ugly as it would of been with out the flowers. i am well pleased what i have done and very proud.
