I dont think this tree has a true common name. C.filicifolia is the whole name.
There is an avenues of these tree's. I didn't want to risk life and limb,so I pulled over got out and took pics of one.

Its an Australian native. Does well in a Mediterranean climate considering its coming from a wet warm part of Australia.

No,in California. In the San Francisco bay area. A Mediterranean climate...just cooler then the Mediterranean because of the chilly Pacific Ocean.

A magnificient tree.
I have never seen it here in Central Europe.
