My favourite corner.....at the moment!

Some old favourites from the old garden(Acer, Agapanthus,) and some new ones in this garden Miscanthus (Zebra grass) sent to me by Shirley tulip, Heuchera Cherry Cola, Acorus and Sedum Stewed Rhubarb mountain.

That's a lovely 'mingle' Paul ... so pleased the Zebra grass has thrived in your new garden. I have a question on Agapanthus for you as I know nothing about them. My daughter-in-laws Mum split a huge clump, gave some to me which I potted up but the leaves have withered to mush! Now, do I tip the bulbs out and see if they've rotted, or should I wait and see if they perk up?

I would leave the roots undisturbed, Shirley although, I'm surprised the leaves have died off at this time of year. It's not a bulb just very thick, lush roots.
There's another peice of the zebra grass behind the Acer, not in this pic.
