Squash Blossom

I have some Paul they are just developing ...

Can't wait for harvest Amy. I just realized even the blossoms are edible. I saw a bakery in the city with these stuffed with mascarpone cheese filling.

Yes they are edible Paul I love the sound of mascarpone cheese filling , I've also seen them deep fried in a batter as a garnish ... PS I've been telling everybody going to NY to visit the ' High Line ' :o)

So that's why it's so crowded :)
