Californian Lilac

Does this have blue flowers by any chance?

It hasn't flowered yet since I've had it, but I think it has, judging by the picture you get when you buy it

I love the blue of this shrub. I bought one a few weeks ago and am looking forward to it flowering next year. Yours looks well established.
