This is what the garden looked like when we first saw it in 2004. By the time we moved in July 2005 the grass area resembled a field & all the £beds" were choked with thistles, dock & nettles. A trampoline had also been left on the "lawn" & there were bags of rubbish piled high next to the garage.
How n earth were we going to create a garden in such an unconventional space with so much hard landscaping!!!
