According to my RHS book, this beautiful plant is C.sabatius under another name - but its habit is different! I love it, anyway.

absolutlely gorgeous colour, looks a bit like morning glory, how long do the flowers last?

The flowers are smaller than Morning Glory - and they last quite a bit longer, too! I would say about 10 days each? Must check exactly.

I love them ,I will be looking out for these next year. Do they come in other colours?

Unfortunately, no. There is another Convulvulus species with pink flowers, I saw it at RHS Rosemoor but I've forgotten its latin name. I believe Andrewr has it in his garden. We could look it up there!! lol.

found it thank you. do you think its likely that I would find seeds in the garden centre?

VERY unlikely, I think it would have to be a specialist firm.
