DD - mine is in the front garden, facing due south. So it's getting the 'benefit' of warm days and cool nights, perfect for autumn leaf colour.

I am eagerly waiting for our Liriodendron to change, such an interesting tree.... although getting quite tall!! Ummmm!!

Various articles quote an ultimate height of anything between 150 and 200 feet for a liriodendron. And it grows 3 to 4 feet a year.
