Its really a variety all over town. Its not just the typical western mural of Ranchers and Hacienda's ( but we do have those too) and such. They have artists doing Art Deco paintings downtown by the largest newest movie house we have.
Everything not political. SO far,I haven't seen any graffiti on them.
This is not one of the larger bay area citys..the Shadow of San Francisco,Berkeley,Silicon Valley and San Jose. But,Hayward is almost perfectly placed geographically in the center of the bay area.
If Hayward culture gets too confining..just get on BART and electric train around to the "cosmo" spots.
