When you find a pot with a flowering plant in it.. No idea what it is or even if it will survive with Kasper around...but put it under the hanging basket and cross your fingers and go with it...??⚘?

Never heard of that one! I was going to suggest an Aquilegia
Just looked it up and it seems to be another name for Aquilegia...
