Superb deep pink named lewisia but not a strong grower.

Though I purchased this from Ashwood, it was named after the guy called John Lawson.

Had that wrong then,John Lawson if i remember correctly owned the the Jack Drake alpine nursery in Scotland for a good many years ,I visited it back in the late 1980s when the spring Gentians were in flower ,quite a sight to see.
