A 2014 seedling using 'Solid Mahogany' as the pod parent. The photo does not do it justice, the texture is so sumptuous, like velour.

Gg, yes, and a good amount of flowers nicely spaced up the stem.
Thanks 3pb, it was difficult to photograph because the best angle has a purple leaved Cotinus as a backdrop, the colour identical. Will keep this and move to have the pale bungalow wall as a background.
