I was reliably informed this is Nelly Moser - any comments? 8)
This is happily growing amidst honeysuckle and bay tree. It's been known to flower at least two times a year recently. Not a perfumed variety.

Yes I would say Piilu my self. Nelly Mosa has very light pink around the edges.
