South American perennial for sun or part shade, growing two feet or more, but may need support in windy or very wet conditions. Drought tolerant too.

Had to look this one up, particularly to see the plant form, looks like a neat rosette. Like.

Sue - I'd say this is a mid border plant as the habit is a bit untidy for a frontal position.

Oh, that's a shame. Just needs a bit of disguise at the front then, till it flowers.
