Thanks 3p , such a easy shrub as it flowers on the new growth made this year so you can keep to a easy size if you want without loosing the flowers , and you are right it does "gleam" especially at dusk

Yes treat yourself Dotty I also like the Vanilla Fraise or and pinky winky
3P I had cut it (early March) back all over as I was having a sort out in the corner to about 6 inches and a good feed of rose granular food and a good mulch it bounced back

I also am looking for a hydrangea to grow in my front garden that doesn't grow to large. I really like "Limelight" it is beautiful so the search is now on to buy one.
