Will eventually turn red if they last that long , I rescued this off the bargain shelf in B&Q , 6 plants for a £1.00 that just needed a good soak .
I will have to ask Amy best way to store these ?
thanks

Wow what a marvelous crop Andy , you can either chop them up finely and then freeze them for use in recipes in a tub stirring occasionally to stop them freezing in a solid lump , or using a nice long thread thread through the top near the stem one after the other until you have a lovely long line and then hang them up to dry or I've just finished making my favourite Chilli Jam if you would like the recipe let me know ,its easy to make and is delicious with cold meats /cheese etc.. good luck ..

Yes you can preserve them in oil Andy ,
recipe :-
Ingredients
4–5 bunches red peperoncini (dried chillies) or 400 g small, hot round chillies
sea salt
2 fresh bay leaves
2 large garlic cloves
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Wearing rubber gloves, wash the chillies and break off the stalk. Rub them with salt, then cover and set aside for 24 hours.
Sterilise a Kilner jar by boiling it in water for 5 minutes and drying it in a cool oven.
Drain the liquid from the chillies and place them in the sterilised jar. Add the bay leaves and garlic. Cover with olive oil and seal.
Keep refrigerated, and be careful that you keep the jar clean as you use them as they can go mouldy.
I've sent you the Chilli Jam recipe I use in a PM ..
