watercress

Very nice. I remember my grandmother collecting this from a spring coming out of the ground down a lane near where she lived.

It has a very distinctive taste. I love it in salad.. I'm a little concerned about the water quality..so I haven't taken any... but next season it should still be there. This is the second clump of it...the first is a little farther up stream. If it continues to spread I could have enough for market day!
