Asters (novi-belgii varieties)

The tall shocking pink one is 'Helen Ballard' with the purple 'Chequers' in front, and 'Jenny' beside the grass.
The shorter varieties are 'Snowsprite' (white), 'Heinz Richard' (pale pink), and an unnamed mauve one.

3d - I think it pays to put several asters together to make a good display at this time of year, rather than scatter them round the garden. There are a few primulas hidden among them for spring colour too.
