Kniphofia Papaya Popsicle...

I love that colour!

Very nice. Does it always flower at this time of year? We have a ground frost this morning but the sun's beginning to shine, going to be a bright sun shiny day!

I am still on the look out for Kniphofia 'Banana Popsicle' I dont think in the UK yet give that a google

Dotty I use a thick bark mulch over winter keeps them snug
it might be worth doing as yous is still a baby ...

Feverfew it is late.......GG...... great minds, OH has! just put a thick mulch around it....I will let you know if I see banana popsicle online!

It looks like a nice tidy plant, suitable for the smaller garden.

These are not as massive as the usual red hot pokers!

good timing with the bark but once all the frosts are over LATE SPRING I tend to remove as the slugs love it !!

There is obviously a series of fruit Popsicles, I've got the lemon one.

I think we have three now, will check my garden!! it is still flowering!
