It is a beauty. I missed these as we had to go away. I hoped I might pick one up at the srgc show in Edinburgh or maybe some seeds Saturday 7th April. I checked it out on the Pacific Bulb Society website. They say it is the subject of name changing. May be found under Nothoscordum dialystemon. I hope you did well at the kent show.

I only took a few small plants just to take part.It was 2 weeks earlier than last year. Some of the plants I took then haven't even shown through yet.

It would not be much of a show if there was lots of empty spaces. I have lots of bowls of bulbs sunk in big planters but they are not ready to flower yet. If we get the forecast snow tomorrow I might not have anything to take along to Edinburgh show on Saturday.

Iwas going to ask if you were entering.
I'm hoping mine hang on till last Saturday in April, for our group show.
The East Anglia show is the following Sat.I've never been,a 2 hour drive.
The last show I could probably enter,is the new one at Wisley, the following week.
The Autumn show is not on this year as they are doing the school up at that time.

I think successful competitors, once you are out of the novice section, must have a very well developed regime to be able to produce their prize winners so consistently.

Probably a conveyor belt of plants and the room to grow them.
