Tulipa whittallii - 2018

Species tulip growing to around 12 inches. I planted half a dozen bulbs in October 2010 and they are slowly bulking up.

Lively colours like a burnt orange dont they look great in groups.

Yes, I really like this tulip and have planted more clumps of them.

I can see why that's great you ve planted more in groups I shall look forward to seeing the extra groups next year.
