wow, that's interesting. I guess I would have been from the North - My family is from Donegal, Ireland. Once I just boarded a plane bound for Ireland at JFK - not far from my house. When I finally got to Donegal, 2 days later, it was just like coming home. I was greeted by dozens of distant relatives who immediately took me in and made me feel like family.

Donegal known as Fort of Foreigners the Neils were from the north. Like the word Wales the Welsh is what the English name was given us means Foreigner too yet it s be proven the Welsh are the true inhabitants of England lol
Like the Welsh then they always welcome you back no matter where you rome perhaps you should adopt this song.

Nice to have one called St Patricks day I only found out the other night watching a short history of Ireland by an American the flag originally was blue because thats the colour St Patrick always wore the first invasion of Ireland was from Europeans who out numbered and nearly out bred the true Irish how Ireland had no towns or cities to begin with they were druids lived in round houses the biggest invasion was the French again out numbered and drove the previous invaders out it was the French who built the towns and cities of Ireland . There was a rift between the Fitzgeralds and the O 'Niels famlies one in the north one from the south.
