Iris Butter and Sugar

I’ve tried to grow this one twice with no success. I must try again. Both times before I got it in winter. Perhaps if I got some now it might do better!

I split my first planting and now have three smaller clumps taking hold. they like proximity to water. they seem to have a deep dormancy...I think you're on the right path there, Karen. I wish I lived down the road, so I could share.

:) Thanks Lori. I just looked, but they are of course out of season at the moment. I’ll try again in August/September.
