IMG 7276- R'n'R... Rufus (cat) & Rhys/Ryot (dog)

Beautiful smokey colour is Ryot. I use to have a kitten this colour Lucky the mother was black all over.

Sorry 3d... my labelling wasn't right... Ryot (Rhys) is the Yorkie and my big gray guy is Rufus cat. The name I picked for my dog was Rhys but he's a stubborn boy and will only come to Ryot. So he gets both! Rufus is a bit overweight... I keep telling my OH, that he's not doing Rufus any favours by overfeeding an overweight inactive cat! At present we're having a war of wills.

lol I ve got them mixed up then thank you for letting me know Lori . Was Rhys already named before you got him then.

The vet will tell your hubby off for over feeding they will likely tell him he is being cruel to Rufus.

Rhys was trained and named Ryot by the breeder. I have a friend whose son is named Ryot..so was not sure I wanted to insult the friend by naming my dog the same. (even if it was a fait accompli) So I tried calling him Rhys..but if I need him to heed me, he won't respond to Rhys...only Ryot..hence he gets called both names!
Rufus demands his breakfast at 5:30 am... meowing and sitting on my hub's head until we let him out for his toilet trip. I keep telling my hub the same, cut out the treats! Guess I'll have to take charge.

Try a name thats sounds simular to Ryot thats what I ve done in the past I bet its frustrating when he wont heed to its new name.

Rufus sounds as though he s been spoilt by your husband yes I think its best you take charge if your husband is being naughty not listening to you.

R'n'R have a truce. but they share Mom's bed at night, so there's no disagreements allowed. ;-)

lol you do spoil them both Lori some thing I ve never done allowed animals in my bed reason it can kill you say s the vets here also on tv.
