My 'common' Red Hot Pokers in the front garden are flowering really well ... the one Lemon Popsicle in the back garden has two small flowers budding up. There is plenty of time for them to flower, yours too Dotty!

That does look very much like 'Lemon Popsicle' ... between 35 and 50cm tall. There is a photo of mine on my garden page if you care to have a look to compare.
