There are various species so that some are in bloom at all times, so the butterflies have steady supply of plants to feed on. Interesting this plant holds some memories for you.

That's great I shall have to look for the different species and put them in my front garden. By the way I loved that film of the dog and child even animals are wiser that humans. Yes it holds memories I only live about 2 miles away from where I was born.

A great plant for the butterflies I see this growing in the area I was born also a burgundy one from the out side pavements of people gardens always full of butterflies.
