Tree Lily

I have been tempted to try growing these, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information on their growing conditions - what their low temperature requirements are. Martagon types do poorly here, and from what I have found, these might need a cold period, as well.

I have had quite a few tree lilys which I gave my daughter I just plant them in bigish terracotta pots left them out in all weathers even in the freezing hoar frost they always came up and still do as my sister had them for her friend from my daughter I treat them the same as lilys this one never came up last year as I did nt catch the lily beetle in time.
