IMG 7556- Another plant I thought was gone: Hibiscus syriacus

Lori, I have had several plants return this year that never appeared last year in the dire cold wet summer we had. Its lovely to see them again.

So true... even plants that I thought would dislike the heat have been back this year. The delphiniums were good and after the cold spring the hollyhocks were set back, but they seem to be recovering..oddly the sunflowers are slow! go figure! lol... This is the hibiscus I've been hoping would rebound. Last year it was lost among the campanulas.
