bought this cape in 1975 at a South American Goods Fair at the U. The wool is a soft as the day I bought it. thought you might like to see the colour range.

It,s gorgeous Lori , do you wear it a lot or are you saving it only to be worn for ' best ' we have a few Alpaca farmers here ...

alpacas are lovely animals and I looked into raising them years ago... can't believe I've had the cape for 43 years...wow. I was undecided when I found it and couldn't justify wearing something it took me a weeks work to afford...but my better sense won out. I'll have it forever.
I used to use it for spring skiing...wonderfully warm but like camel hair it's themostatic. it was made in Bolivia who ever did it was a master knitter. one of my treasures. :-))
