The typical orange area of damage on the top of the leaf.

It's quite advanced on that leaf. It's not easily treatable from what I've read but it's more of a cosmetic problem than something that kills the tree

Yes it looks like rust on this photo shame it's not easy to cure but at east the tree does nt die.
