This shrub has been growing in a dark corner under laurel for over twenty years, and never lets me down

Does it grow very big Andrew I shall be looking out for one as I love scented plants.

3d - two to three feet tall, and three feet across (by suckering). If it's getting out of hand, I cut out entire branches after flowering

If you come across anyone selling sarcococca hookerianum var humilis, it's the same plant - a scientist somewhere need to earn his salary and proposed the change of name <sigh>

Thank you Andrew I shall copy the name and put it in my phone which I take out with me. Or get a name for him/her self as like in government rich boys. Can be very confusing for people like my self
