It is in full bloom. The flowers are tiny and have no petals.There's a closeup of one in the next photo.

Is this very old then?

About 5 yrs. It's quite small.

Is it as lethal as it looks?

No, it is small and harmless. I can hold it in the palm of my hand. The photo is bigger than the actual plant. Looks can deceive !

Cute and cuddly then?

Cute maybe … but I wouldn't describe it as cuddly :)
