Small species aquilegia up to twelve inches tall, probably best grown in an alpine bed or rockery

3d - grown from seed, but you need to source wild collected seed as aquilegias are very promiscuous

Thank you for letting me know its from seed. I ve just given a packet of Aquilegia to my daughter but I have just had one transplanted which must be from the birds awaiting to see what comes up.
