Hello Thrup, I asked the chap today about how he lights up the little river. He says it is with little blue fairy lights.The lights run through the blue glass stones and they are powered by mains electric. x

Yes I thought they would be LED s which are mainly now fairy lights it's clever him putting the lights in with the blue glass . Thank you Kate for letting me know that was very kind of you. Hope you had an enjoyable day.

Thanks Thrup! Good day at work today. However, driving back from Lincolnshire over the Humber bridge this afternoon I was caught up in a pretty heavy downpour. Black skies and rain bouncing off the road! I was hoping to stop off and take some pretty pictures of some of the chocolate box villages and gardens I drive through...never mind there’s always next week! ☺️

That's the British weather for you Kate shame you did nt get your photos but like you say there is always next week and better safe than sorry in stopping in weather like that.
