Dutch Iris

These are growing under a Holly bush where the soil is bone dry.

They have wonderful colours.

Loving the colour combination here Shirley. My neighbour also has some deep yellow ones and they are also growing in a very dry spot.

We went to Highdown Gardens this morning and the Iris flowers were stunning ... may post a blog about them later.
