Brunnera silver spear flowers. (Brunnera macrophylla (Brunnera))

Pretty little blue flowers of the brunnera. Lovely silvery green heart shaped leaves.
It's a rhizomatous perennial which I've planted in mostly shade, but, has some filtered sunshine later in the afternoon.
