IMG 8135- the trilliums among the Lily of the Valley

Oh! Thank goodness...spring at last Lori! My son is flying out to Colorado on Monday. It was snowing there all week this week.

our spring is quite delayed, Karen. Main reason is the flow from the west (colorado lows) have kept nighttime temps near zero. That delayed everything... from trees leafing out to the blackflies and mosquitoes arriving. We've had a week or so of nice weather (not up to previous years but at least SOME warmth) and things have popped. Keep hearing about how cold it is on the west coast and they have wild fires burning near Osoyos, B.C. Poor sun can't get through the dust and smoke to warm us up!
