Mine is in flower too. it is such a lovely foliage plant but I am finding it is outgrowing its space.

Yes, it can be "ground cover." 'Red Dragon' is also a strong grower - upwards and then flops, smothering everything nearby

Yes I have that too and it does go through the camellia then flop.
