Isn't this beautiful.....belongs to my son who has neglected it for a year (not on purpose,I'm sure)…..it has had very little watering and no feed.....I bought it for him at the Gardener's World show in 2017.when it was launched..…..There are so many flowers on it and apparently produces them all through the summer.Very tempted to buy it.I think I sometimes fuss the plants too much.....how do you feel?

This is a beautiful clematis Julia, haven’t seen this one before. It’s very intricate looking, love the colours on it too. I’ll have to look out for it.
I tend to fuss too, although my OH says I’m a bit too heavy handed with fine tendrils!

Thanks Julia, I’ll have to have a look for this one. It’s just that little bit different.

I never seem to get organised to the point where its suitable for putting a mulch on - and your garden is bigger than mine too..but it always does look very organised!

Sure, splash out if you really like it - its a beauty!
Afraid my plants don't get much fuss - the garden is really a bit too big for me to keep pace these days and weeding takes a lot of the time.
