Hogweed

That isn't what I call Hogweed. Hogweed has a cluster of white flowers. Giant Hogweed is usually seen beside rivers and the sap is quite dangerous.

Paul, this looks very similar to a Dandelion, but I may be totally wrong!

If it is a dandelion rabbits love to eat the leaves I use to feed my rabbit with the lion tooth shape leaves.

Defiently not a Dandelion by the foliage Paul. The flower looks to finely spikey slightly longer petals not as dense as a Dandelion.
