It looks similar to collomia grandiflora which I posted recently. However there are few differences, mainly that 'my' plant has a red stem. It's an annual which Bob Brown of Cotswold Garden Flowers describes as "incontinent!"
It will be interesting to see it in flower to see if it looks like the same family
