Lobelia tupa - 2019 (Lobelia tupa)

Clump forming perennial for a moist soil in full sun in sheltered gardens, growing up to five fee tall in flower. I have seen this in Chile growing in sand at the back of a beach

DD - the beachside location gave me a clue as to what it wants - moisture available at the root but very well drained
