Mine never flowered either - until last year! I had tried full shade, part shade, wet soil, dry soil, feeding them, starving them, dividing them and leaving them put. Nothing worked until last year's hot, dry summer

in that case I may be lucky as it was hot and dry here. I must go and investigate tomorrow.

no matter where this is in my garden it has never flowered. lots of healthy foliage etc.
