Small bulb from eastern Turkey. Needs well-drained soil in full sun, and a dry rest during the summer

No, it doesn't. I've had this for four years but it only produces one flower spike each year. I guess it spreads by seed in the wild.

Thank you Andrew. What a shame one flower is better than none at all . It would be interesting to see if the seed did spread in the wild and how successful it takes in the right habitat.

It looks a bit like the Spanish Blue Bell pretty one with the two tone colours . Does this clump up .?
