Wanderer. I've put mine in a hanging basket on top of the water butt, where it can't access the soil.

I reduce mine to one or two crowns each spring, cutting off all the long growths from the previous year

This is the one I've got. I couldn't see the bicolouring on the other Vinca you pictured.
