Lilac

I love Lilac but removed ours last year due to the amount of suckers all around it - just too much hard work to remove them.

I have a feeling either the rabbits or the deer eat mine before they are a nuisance! I have no lower growth hahaha.
Gorgeous scent as well

That’s true.....I’m keeping a close eye on some Cosmos I’ve just planted out!

Be vigilant ... whilst deadheading a Geum yesterday I looked down to see what remained of a Cosmos ... just the stem and one tiny leaf ... :o(
