Hulthemia 'Edward Hyams' - 2020

According to the botanists, this is not a rose. It has been bred from hulthemia persica (originally rosa persica) which has a yellow flower with a central red blotch, but is shy to flower in the UK. Needs as much sun as you can give it, but not fussy as to soil

This was planted in November 2015, in a bed facing due south, and has flowered every year since. It gets pruned back by half each spring, just as growth restarts
