it won't be long, Ange! I didn't plant them and they were being consumed by the forest. I cut back and removed the under growth (mostly ash saplings and wild raspberry canes) and the trilliums are slowly returning to the forest floor..(the trilliums were rooted out and generally destroyed by the neighbour's pigs) ... it's been a couple of years and it's so great to see the combo coming into it's own.

oh, I envy you the lilies. I can't get it to stay in any garden I have had, the scent is sublime.
