Old rose 'Celestial' (Alba)

She's a beauty, with grey foliage and soft pink flowers. Scented, but flowers only once. Dated pre 1800 apparently.

These old roses have such subtle colour, don't they? We've had this in a garden before and HAD to have it again. She grew well on a steep 7ft. bank that other shrubs really struggled with.
