9927 Hosta and wild sweetpeas

Very pretty, I do love sweet peas..reminiscent of my grandfather’s garden.

you can imagine how surprised I was to find these growing on a roadside! I brought the little "peas" home and scattered them in a nook that I had just removed a rosebush from. no expectations whatever, just curiosity. I was really surprised when they flourished and filled the little nook with their scent... and doubly surprised to find that they are perennial! a true Win/Win!
